The treehouse offers a fantastic experience in nature.
I found the air conditioning to be intermittent, quite uncomfortable. Even more frustrating was the slow service in the restaurant. My kids' meals took forever to arrive, and they even managed to get some orders wrong. The location, while beautiful, required quite a trek to reach from Kuching, so be prepared for that.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were kind of rude.

Check in was smooth, hotel was classic, locations was fantastic by nature. Asked for a double room and it was reasonably spacious with airco. The breakfasts were above average and complementary and the service was great. The pool was nice...

Fantastic location in the rainforest, the treehouses bring you directly into nature. Saw monkeys daily right outside my balcony, great. My room had a working air conditioning unit and a nice shower with hot water. The beach was enjoyable with rentals for kayaks available. Beautiful sunsets too. The resort's cleanliness left much to be desired. The cabin looked run down with visible signs of neglect, like rust on the mosquito netting. I also encountered some issues with staff knowledge. They were often unsure about available activities and dining options. Food quality varied wildly and the lack of alcohol was disappointing after a long day. This place could use a serious update and more training for staff. It's a bit pricey for what it offers, but if you're there just for the experience in the jungle, it's an adventure worth considering.

enjoyable experience but needed improvements
Waking up to the sounds of the rainforest was magical. The private cabin offered a unique experience with a perfect view of the lush surroundings. Swimming in hidden pools nearby was a refreshing way to connect with nature, and I loved spotting wildlife . The resort's tranquil location is perfect for those seeking a break from city life.
The service in the restaurant was slow, impacting our dining experience.

Had a fantastic time staying in Treehouse 10! The views were amazing, with waves crashing below and amazing sunsets. The jungle walk was a highlight. Sure, it’s not a luxury spot, but it offers a true rainforest experience!

We loved exploring nearby Bako National Park and hiking Mount Santubong. The rainforest vibe was super chill, perfect for relaxation or adventure. The staff were great, and we spotted wild monkeys daily. Don't miss the boat trips. They're a must-do!
One bummer was the wait times for dinner, which took quite a while. We were expecting a quick meal after a long day of hiking.
